A loud "quack" in the shop doorway - we looked, and the two young ducklets were wandering in.. Mum, outside, scolds loudly "You haven't got any money"
Leaving, they walked all the corners of the yard, making sure...

Duck Too Quick

By the time I had realised that she was nesting, the eggs had hatched and the ducklets were swimming

Cheep, cheep, cheep...

Ducks Have Walked

And left the remains of thirteen eggshells and a neat round nest full of feathers.. I haven't seen the little ones yet, thay have wandered with mum..
And now we can mow the grass....
